About Us

Aberrant was founded in 2009 as Quadel Group, Inc. Originally, an IT Consulting agency, taking on the name Aberrant Technology Group, we specialized in on-site IT services. What began as doing a favor for some or customers by helping them out with a website or two, later evolved into a full time digtial agency. Within a year we were managing social media for customers in all industries. From jewelry to restaurants, from legal firms to non profits. We were going full steam ahead by 2012.

We quickly learned that being a jack of all trades to so many customers in so many industries was a challenge. By 2013 we stopped offering IT Consulting Services and expanded our portfolio to include web / app development and more.

After a few years we also learned that more customers is not always a good thing. What we do is an art, and it takes time, dedication, passion, and time. Yes, in this industry the amount of time you spent on each customer is critical to the successs of our work.

In 2016 Aberrant began to not renew customer agreements, with the intent of growing our footprint with our customers, rather than growing our customer foot print. All of a sudden customers were counting on us for more and more, and the need to bring on every customer that sought our services was no longer there. As a boutique agency, we like to take on customers we feel will benefit from our work and have the right frame of mind for our services. Our work is great, but its hard, and bringing on a customer that does not have the resources to support our efforts, that does not have the reputation to warrant new business, and that does not understand what we are doing only results in a negative experience.

We are picky about our customers, and that is only to make sure you get a positive return on investment when you leverage our services
